Challenge

The AA in your pocket

Connect the whole organisation and its partners in one app to improve the customer experience. Customers should be able to reach all their services across the brand: insurance, membership benefits, Smartfuel rewards and callouts for their vehicle and home.

I led the design, including onboarding and account management, while working through complex data and identity systems behind the scenes.
