Overview

A facilitator, not a sidebar

I have run design thinking workshops for years. They work, but they need a facilitator, a room and a day. Workshop Pilot puts the facilitator in the software. Founders, product people and sales teams work through 10 structured activities, from the big idea to technical execution, with the AI guiding each step.

The output is a build pack: a product requirements document, technical specs, a journey map and a prioritised feature list that a developer can pick up.

The product

Conversation on one side, canvas on the other

The layout is a split screen. The chat panel leads the activity and the canvas fills up as the group works: sticky notes, personas, mind maps and sketched concepts. Several people can work on the same board at once.

Persona development: the AI drafts personas from the research and the group refines them.
Ideation as a mind map, branching from the reframed challenge.
Crazy 8s: rapid sketching of eight concepts, with the AI generating visual starting points.
Concept sketches at full size, ready to vote on.
